started out taking generic150 mg bupropion hcl xl then, after 10 days, increased to 300mg of the same. reduced dose down to 150 mg after 2 1/2 months when my hair loss became accelerated. For me, this drug did help with motivation and a 4 pound/ month weight loss, but I'd rather be fat and depressed than bald, itchy, smelly, and simultaneously tweaking and fried.
