Sometimes we feel depressed because we don’t know the difference between what’s important, and what’s not. For example, we give too much credit to the opinions of others, and this attracts a lot of negative energy our way. But, when you start to trust yourself and understand your own value, you shift the negative energy away from you.
When you pay more attention to yourself, you realize how far you’ve come in life. You realize all the adversity you’ve overcome in your life. Remember, pain is only temporary and nothing lasts forever so you have to keep pushing forward no matter what. A great way to push the negative energy away is to a smile :), and know sooner or later, everything will fall into place the way it’s supposed to.
